There is incredible ignorance and a disconnect by some SHAREHOLDERS regarding SP, BALANCE SHEET of company and reality of its progress with FDA and trials...

Financially ... CTIX is solid!

The SP could go to .01 and the company would still have $8M in cash and $30M available from Aspire, and be wildly successful in executing its plan.

Fundamentally...CTIX is solid!

Legal Actions and Costs ... CTIX is solid!

Directors & Officer's Insurance covers ALL costs for Attorney's fees (defending actions of company, directors and officers), including payment of claims (highly unlikely). These nuisance suits will not drain the company. Only cost to company would be cost of attorney's fees for CTIX suing Rosen and Mako etc. in a separate action against them.

Share Price...CTIX is CHEAP...and buying opportunity, based upon BRAIN DEAD SH who fail to have a basic understanding of accounting, insurance, legal matters, fundamentals and TIMING of company's progress...and are listening to manipulators and ignorant posters. If you post re: to BK you are either a fool (as shown above) and embarrassing yourself, or a manipulative short.
