Yes it's obviously a flat... in fact, it's a wave-1 flat imho because it is "wave-1-up" from a major (40-week) cycle low on 8/24... Last Wednesday's "key reversal bottom" was five weeks and one day from that date, which obviously makes it a 5-week cycle low imho...
