If Leo is as incompetent as the PolyMedix CEO, then we wouldn't be here talking about it today. What destroyed PolyMedix was bad financing. Even the harshest critics have to agree that Leo did a good job financing the company over the year. There are five ongoing/completed trials with minimal dilutions.

Bankruptcy, just like reserve split, ain't gonna happen!

So decide on overall management quality comparison between poly and CTIX - not much difference.
