Dart will sell the warrants when they become 1.5X in the money. It is standard practice and always an understood strategy when negotiating convertible debt agreements. I am working on one myself, presently, and assure you the warrant holder's motive is not long-term capital gain, rather VC financing. The short-term gain is better utilized in another VC deal. Dart better sell those warrants!
