The OS/float/AS were 1.523B/1.339B/2B shares respectively as of 09/14/2015 per your phone call to the TA. I tried to call the TA in the same day but the gentleman refused to disclose the SS to me per the TA's policy! You must have very good reasons to let him tell you the current SS. I'm wondering if you could share the reasons here? Anyway thank you very much for your reply! The company can still dilute up to 477M shares to max out the OS if they want. Therefore the so-called "R/S" speculation won't happen with FRCN at all! At the most recent high $0.0004 the MV is just $609.2K which is still low. Thus 100% bounce from 0.0002 to 0.0004 is inevitable in the coming days/weeks unless the company starts the dilution sales again like they did a few months ago (see the chart below)...

FRCN is up 26.67% today finally! Nice close at daily low 0.00019 and the majority of today's shares are traded at 0.0002!

"Active" status (see the link below) is a very good news for all the shareholders!

Another good news is: no any 0.0001 sale at all today! If "no 0.0001s" continues in the coming days then we should see 0.0002 x 0.0003 again within this week!
