It's Dr. Gunzburg's opinion and he's not someone who spends all day hoping a company that is trying to save lives will fail; he is the developer of the current technology, so I think he would know a little more about what it would take to duplicate the technology. Also, in case you haven't noticed, there aren't too many companies out there breaking down the door to treat pancreatic cancer, so it's a safe bet that some company isn't going to spend a lot of time trying to copy someone else's pancreatic cancer technology only to have to bring it through preclinical and clinical trials especially when Pharmacyte has the FDA orphan drug designation on the technology they'd be trying to duplicate.
