also when i see ARCA *utilized* re: l2 .. like pavlov's dog .. i've been conditioned
to think that volume (% of actual) will show via Dark Pool

but the biggie up to their eyeballs re: PTOI .. *Dark Pool*

is none other than OTC Markets (2012 entry)

something that should come as no surprise

they are all for hire ..
