I believe it is very hard to find post-consumer scrap plastic.
Many and many of buyers have these people locked into contracts for the material. You just cant walk in and say I want your plastic.

Most of the stuff listed is from brokers who buy and sell plastic. Some may process it a little bit and sell it for double the price.

Thats why I wan't to see a picture of this "many of tons of this scrap plastic" that going to landfill near you.

We can maybe make some money and sell it rather than it going into landfill.

Please send me a pic asap so we can put this on a listing.

I commented on what was posted about the plastic for sale and it appeared to all be consumer plastic. I was asking about industrial plastic. Does that also have a market?

Landfill tipping around here is under $50 a ton.

As I stated before I have no idea if any pyrolysis machine can convert it since it appears vague as to what each can convert. I was only asking if industrial waste plastic has value like the posted list of consumer waste plastic.

TRTN could convert anything that fit in the 18" opening.
Then it was unwashed, commingled waste plastic.
JBII could convert unwashed, non sorted industrial waste plastic.
PTOI's claim is unwashed, unsorted waste plastic destine for landfill or diverted from landfill.

I don't believe they ever told us what they used for the 40+ day run.
I don't believe they have given their definition of unwashed, unsorted.
