I'm sure Treaty Energy along with Andrew Reid is mentioned in the indictment just as they are in the civil suit. The connection is crystal clear. It's also crystal clear TECO was used to illegally enrich Bruce Gwyn and Andrew Reid and the rest of the gang of cons and that TECO is a critical part of thier scams...
