I tend to the POV that what happened in the last few months is more important.

I agree that what happened in the last few months is very important.

The formation of the Joint Venture had the partner buying $500,000 worth of Freestone stock. That money was then used to make the down payment on the CTR facility.

The CTR facility provides Freestone JV with a location to install the pyrolysis machine as well as a source of feed stock for the machine. Those are significant steps forward in the Freestone business plan.

I disagree with your statement about Freestone being over valued.

The market has shown that Freestone is fairly valued by holding this share price range for quite a while.

We shall see how the market values Freestone when the next implementation steps are completed and announced.
