LOL Really? We are asking if its fact or perception? Why in Gods green earth would anyone pay that for a business they know is going bankrupt? With all the millions in debt, with an IRS lien, we revenues falling off the chart.Why oh why give them a nickle. I oubt any would take the business if all they had to do was take over the debt.My God it can't even hold .0001. LOL
