BS. "working days" was belatedly stated AFTER it became apparent it wouldn't be calendar days.

First it was "within 10 days"
Then it was "within 10 working days", then;
"within 10 (Fri)days". then;
"within 10 19ths of the month", then;
"withing 10 Fridays on the 19ths of the month"

Lots of types of "days"

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
