Heck of a way to start a Monday AM, eh?

Level II "stack" on the Bid is loaded all the way to .0013 again. Notice on Friday the MM's jacked the Ask all the way back to .0023 again, BUT that ole Bid never left the sub .002's as usual. It was pinned at .0018 and was there this AM, a 30% plus spread, LOL, HOLY COW !!

BHRT has a Form 4 out again this AM, looks like Murphy bought about another $8K, maybe $10K worth. What it looks like is happening to me, IMO, is these penny dilution MM's make him pay .002 or even .0023 each time (from looking at the SEC Form 4) for those "big" buys (LOL) and then sink the price as soon as that buying is done. That's what it looks like to me sorta to explain how/why that Ask got jacked so high a few times last week to above .002 again, but that the Bid never changes from the .0018 range now for weeks. THAT has gotta hurt IMO. To be down like 30% or more only a day after buying $10K or whatever's worth?

Also, the ole "Insider(s) are going to buy" PR always says PLURAL, as in "insiders", but so far it only ever seems to be Murphy that buys any of them there ole shares? Wonder what's up with that? They got a lot more "insiders" than him- so where's all the others buying a big ole chunk for themselves?????

Oh well, ANOTHER MAGNA DILUTION "note" financing deal announced on a late, after market close ole "PR" and the shares are getting hammered now this AM. No surprise there IMO.

They haven't even completed the ole massive 1000 to 1 R/S reverse split- and this thing has collapsed about in half since the announcement. I don't see what's possibly gonna turn these common shares around at this point? Just read the terms of Friday's MAGNA toxic "note" borrowing- and it's gonna easily amount to at least 100 MILLION more dilution shares IMO.

$110K / .00072 = 152.7 MILLION cheap dilution shares that will be issued to Magna, at a minimum looks like to me. Maybe more if the price goes even lower?? THAT can't be good to the common shares IMO, LOL !!! DILUTE, DILUTE, DILUTE- it seems to be the only thing they really ever "do" consistently IMO. Looks like ole MAGNA THE PRICE CRUSHER will be in the "driver's seat" of these common shares for a Loooooong time to come IMO. That's all I see here?? What could/can possibly change that reality??? I can't see anything?

My .0014 or so Bid cents worth, not even 1/4 of a PENNY'S worth, LOL !! WOWZA, holy freaking cow- what a mass collapse on this one???
