mfred.......I refer you to the recent events at the Denver Zoo.

The waste to energy project there has been in the works for almost 10 years.

Just a couple of months ago, it was all systems go with a start date of late 2015/early 2016.

Last week, the plans were changed and the project was placed on indefinite hold.

When I am talking about FASC and luck, all we need is a little more of the former and a little less of the latter.
