They would never walk. They don't have a choice really about re-doing the filings and becoming current without facing litigation from debt holders. Before they would walk, worst case, they'd just RS and dump 10 billion on the market, even at
.0001, free money. The other option, is to sell about 100 times more of the device than they made real soon.
