constantly remind mr Rohan of the importance
of paying off in full all notes before conversion
to shares

NOTHING else matters

jamn IS all in when it comes to share price

either:

A) we have the 6 mths that toevs expected
and have the cash to pay off all 4 or 5 cds

b) allow the conversions to shares and we
are doomed

Period!!!! End of story
