I'm good with that. And based on my understanding of FL statutes concerning permits and such, it's seems far more likely HTQ is going to sell, give, or otherwise conveys rights to another section to SFRX or it's affiliates first, and then and only then can a permit be applied for.

If HTQ holds the rights to the area, another can't apply for a permit and it be issued.

SFRX could announce they got rights to another area (site), but I seriously doubt they will announce they got a permit to a site they have no rights to, as was suggested.

But we'll see what transpires. I just wanted to be clear as the timeline approaches.
