It's a casino, that's all it was and ever will be. If Perry finds a fellow carny in, say, China (who has 100,000,000 of the most ignorant investors in the world) who can run NBRI up the flagpole, timed with the Au rally that is probably in the wings (I think we've bottomed but wtf do I know) NBRI shares go up a hundredfold.

NBRI's realistic prospects do not matter any more than the realistic prospects of a lottery ticket purchased at Abdullah's Gas ' Save. What matters is the share price; and that Perry did not tell any lies, particularly in writing.

I have been watching and he has not lied.

That's why Perry is stringing this along. It's a dead parrot nailed to a perch but hey, Chinese were buying Detroit RRE in droves recently.
