Andy - very sorry about the loss of your father to this terrible disease.

Very difficult to mentally work through situations like your brother in-law's granddaughter. It falls into the category of things that should never happen, but they do.

Will keep her in my prayers and please encourage the family to aggressively look through existing and newly commissioned clinical trials that apply I/O mono and combo therapies to Brain Cancer. It's a difficult diagnosis but some patients are getting results and it is definitely worth pursuing. Many oncologists are not aware of the level of activity surrounding this field (hard to keep up) and family/loved ones need to be the advocates for options.
