If ORT is legit and wants to go public there are plenty of clean tickers to buy.
It makes ZERO SENSE to go to any trouble to buy this worthless shell and then have legal crap to do just to clean it up.
TDEY has been a SCAM for YEARS, it is a worthless symbol tied directly to scam.
Google "Vakser scam" and one will see what I mean.
There are thousands of hits, read a few and find out what is going on here.
