Two Members of Foreclosure Rescue Scheme Each Sentenced to Five Years in Prison for Engaging in Multi-Million-Dollar Mortgage Fraud

LEV L. DASSIN, the Acting United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, announced that ANDREA MOORE and MICHAEL IRVING were each sentenced today to five years in prison for their role in a wide-ranging home foreclosure rescue scheme. The sentence was imposed in Manhattan federal court by United States District Judge ROBERT P.
It is clearly a different person that would have been in prison for 5 years from the above date until mid July 2014 that happens to have the same first and last name likely shared by hundreds of other people. I suggest being much more careful with those claims
