I'm going to tell him two things:

1)Continue straightening out the books and try to be current by the end of the year or as soon as possible in 2016.

2)Purchase shares @ .0001 on the open market for $10k and lock up 100 mil shares and either put out a statement of ownership or retire them. That would reinforce some confidence that an RS would not be imminent.
