You are correct. Cox didn't recommend buying at the current price (0.35 pre-split). Most of the time he was recommending that people buy NNVC at a higher price, usually a much higher price.

Being wrong about entry points is precisely how to be a lousy investor. 90% of investing is knowing when to buy and when to sell. The other 10% is know what to buy or sell.
