mbd1' you are correct. But unfortunately JB does not intend on making and selling (for a profit) anything. He has not changed his mode of operation. As we all witnessed how JB, under the cover of darkness authorized the issuance of 500 million shares of additional
common stock and immediately issued himself 395 million shares of that newly minted stock. So, now all he needs to do is provide the illusions of new earth shattering applications of KRYRON he is perfecting at the new research facility and hope the share price goes up so he can start selling. Unfortunately not many are buying into the false messages a select few posters who were invited to witness the staged events at the new research facility have brought back to this board for our consumption.
But even at the current sub-penny price of BORK ... JB has made off like a bandit considering his previous number of shares he held plus the newly issued 395 million shares. So, again he has been successful in monetizing KRYRON for himself at the expense of the shareholders.
If JB really and truly wanted to move BORK forward and increase the share price substantially it would take one phone call. Of course this would require that KRYRON be the real deal and that BORK's patents be able to pass the enablement test and be bullet
proof and defensible. The call would be to Ultra Armor's Mr Whitmire. The offer to Ultra Armor would be an exclusive use of KRYRON relative only to tactical armor applications with BORK being paid a licensing fee on that back side. This of course would require full disclosure by JB of the physical properties of KRYRON.
So, JB make the call and do the deal. The announcement of this deal would launch BORK to uncharted territory and you would make sooo much money. Reality check here ... it ain't going to happen ... ever because the patents are not defensible and will not pass the enablement test. And Ultra Armor will quickly find this out.
BOTTOM LINE...JB-SCAMMER...KRYRON-SCAM...BORK-SCAM. WAS, IS NOW,
AND ALWAYS WILL BE!!!! GET IT...YOUR MONEY IS GONE AND WON'T COME BACK UNLESS JB CAN COME UP WITH A MUCH BETTER "DOG & PONY SHOW"
