I sometimes wonder what might have happened if Harry and Frankie had shown this much tenacity in being honest with shareholders (and themselves).

For one thing they would have saved an awful lot of shareholder's money issuing PRs with predictions that they knew would not come true. They've never been able to make an engine run under power for two days, yet must have announced plans for starting production 20 or 30 times over the years.

Their former CEO James Landon told shareholders he was going to hire contractors to fix the problems with the Mark 5 engine at the beginning of 2013. He lasted about a month after that. Meanwhile Harry is still tinkering with a greatly diminished version of the Mark 5 that still doesn't work.

Frankie announced in February that "The Combilift Engines for our customer in Ireland is on its final testing on the dyno and will be ready for shipping when the testing is completed" as if that was ever going to happen.

Then in August Frankie announced "Our Combilift project is in the final process of the 50-hour testing and we are hopeful for a 2015 delivery. This was delayed due to the resources going to the production of engines." This was the PR where she said financial statements were going to be filed soon.

So the Mark 5's final testing before shipment, which gets Cyclone $300K plus the first public demonstration of a working engine, has been put on hold for the "production of engines". Production of engines must mean those 10 Mark 1 engines their machine shop "partner" was supposed to build last November and maybe the Mark 3 engine announced in August 2014, two engines that are both still vaporware.

I'll bet Harry and Frankie both believe their only problem is those awful internet people.
