I agree. But for them is now obvious that what the old way is not going to work anymore. To keep ownership below the 5% threshold DM needs to dump a lot, but sentiment has turned so negative, longs are so max out, and so much manipulation has come to play along DM's dumping machine, that now is impossible for DM to dump without crushing the SP. After listening and reading the cc two times, I believe that there is no buyout or refi process in motion, but the BOD will be forced by DM to improve liquidity. We may see more PRs, maybe BL giving some interview, who knows, DM needs liquidity to keep cashing on this gold machine.
