I can understand how a CEO seemingly disappearing off the face of the Earth can be a little frustrating for shareholders. ( :

Unfortunately, the SEC has no idea of what's going on with a company, much less a pinksheeter. And they couldn't care less to know. Or do anything about it if they did.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
