GS, on the last conference call, Joel stated that Keystone had a MSHA mine ID and that the partner was the controller/operator. Now go to the MSHA mine data retrieval system, and try to find it. It's not there.

Whether MNGG is just moving rocks or crushing rock to truck for processing, it needs a MSHA mine ID and needs to meet MSHA requirements. Joel said he would post the info, naturally that has not happened.

I am not saying that he is not doing it, but question that if he is, is it legal.
