IFUS will continue to protect the shareholders assets at both the state and federal level in October.
Personally,I can't wait for ALL the depositions to finally expose the boot brothers for their theft of corporate assets and technology....
Anyone can check the past legal history of the boot brothers.It is filled with 100's of companies and thousands of shareholders left empty handed....
When a criminal underestimates the tenacity of their victims they usually lose because the facts eventually are heard and justice prevails.
IMO,the shareholders are victims of the inappropriate actions and activities of the former board members.
The small window of opportunity to stop IFUS and force bankruptcy closed long ago.
The immoral attempts to crush IFUS actually united the shareholders against the boot brothers.
I personally want to thank all the shareholders and their friends that provided the resources necessary to enable IFUS to survive, add bagging equipment, add appropriate legal protection, and build the finances necessary to fight the boot brothers until both court cases are played out in court instead of ihub.
IFUS will continue to build the company...
I expect updates in 2015 and additional pr's to continue for many many years.
IFUS may take longer than expected to build the sales and distribution of bagasse. IFUS will succeed,do financials,and win at both the state and federal cases.
I will provide any resources necessary to guarantee that IFUS never misses one day in court no matter how many delays the boot brothers cause.
