microbe-man, why would the Moffit Center test (ex-vivo ) be disqualified? Are you disqualifying it because the results supported the pre-clinical work?

Secondly the pre-clinical was impressive, not once but TWICE, hence Yervoy (anti-CTLA-4)and Opdivo (anti-PD-1) clinical trials started or to be started this year) and an anti-PD-L1 with AstraZeneca.

Furthermore PPHM itself has brought up the responder increase, this is NOT a product from this board. PPHM did NOT state it as a 100% FACT, that stated it as a very likely possibility to be confirmed by the clinical trials.

We are not far from Yervoy+Bavi first read-out so we'll know soon enough.
