Yes... it Auryn does not honor their part of the agreement... they would become default... and it could end up they lose what they've put in...

Just as if they explore the Mountain for 3 years and end up not exercising their purchase option... they would forfeit their right to purchase and walk away losing what they spent over those 3 years...

but they won't default... nor will they forfeit... IMHO... and neither scenario needs to be any worry in my mind...
