I agree. With no technical report, saying they are out snipping off pieces of creosote bushes for assay and pointing a Niton XRF gun at rocks is nearly meaningless.

Can you imagine the excitement that would be generated if Briscoe would actually provide something beefy for investors? Like a technical report, some assays, a geological map or two? What's he got to lose at this point? The share price would double overnight.
