Joel has a pattern of issuing PR's, not being transparent about them, not living up to what he says and when he gets caught in his own lies, takes a hiatus before coming back and not addressing shareholders about these claims.

No one knows when photos and videos including Keystones were posted which ended up having a cease and desist order. Told investors the grade was poor quality and was leaving the mine. Picture of the cease and desist order proved he was kicked off site, lied to everyone about this which was posted on the forum for a year. On a related tangent, Joel won't say where the pics and videos of Ghana gold production are located as well. Canadian trade lift he promised last year was lie. There was no disclosure on the Congress Permit status which Adeq confirmed. Great story about the Nevada Hijacking by the infamous Dallas Boley. LiarJoel told investors he paid for the investigation never happened. Screwed over Greg Gustin and Nathan Yoder for the sale of PSRU which he reneged on twice and owes tens of thousands of dollars to Yoder because the shell wasn't handed over. Video of big blue running material was really coming out the fibs factory. Said he was friends with Tony Beets turned out to be bullshit. Tony confirmed he lied and used his name when he's a stock promoter not a miner. Furthermore, Joel said there are new wells drilled at Keystone which has been proven there have been no wells drilled in years in that area. Little over a year ago processed a test-run of 10 tons of ore and plans to increase production up to 100 tons per day then increase the work load to 1000 tons per day shortly after that.
Nothing ever happened. None of it was ever reported.

Only reason why there hasn't been a R/S is because he knows no one would ever buy this again if there were one. LiarJoel did say he was going to pay for audited filings which never happened. FINRA would never grant him one anyway because Mining Global doesn't file Q's or 10-K's.

So tell us again... how is Joel not your typical pinkie CEO?
