Thanks for your explanation, it is always interesting to see why people are willing to throw money at what they consider be a scam 99.9% of the time. I am curious though, what would push your opinion to 100% - an arrest and conviction? Give it time.

Also, just to be clear, there is no "hatred" of anybody here on my part. I have to admit that I do not like people that are habitual liars and violators of environmental, safety, and fiscal laws. They rub me the wrong way to be sure.....but there is nothing personal here.

One more thing......scam mining operations like Mining Global are not victimless. Other than the losses that investors have taken, I have seen many of these mining scams in Arizona that are violators of environmental regulations and this one is no different. Disturbing old tailings full of heavy metals and reactive sulfides (like at the Congress Mine), without any safeguards in place, just results in adding to the environmental damage already done by those historic mining operations. Same goes for the Keystone Mine. Mining a couple thousand tons of mineralized rock, with no regard for controlling storm water runoff, and piling the rock at the edge of a desert wash is a clear violation of environmental regulations. Who is going to clean that up - Panos? Joel?

And then there's the Aguila milling operations. You can clearly see on aerial photos that it is a mess, and the lack of permits means that no one is doing the right thing and controlling dust, runoff, etc.

As for being at the McDonalds on the morning of the last tour, well, I will neither deny nor confirm. Common sense will tell you the answer.

Same goes for going on a mine tour with Joel myself, and "reporting back". I have absolutely no need to go on a mine tour to know that Joel has no mining permits. And has not presented any credible evidence of gold production. Or ever stepped foot in Ghana. It has been quite easy to identify most of his statements as boldfaced lies.

Finally, I have to disagree with you - Joel Natario IS a typical pinkie CEO - not afraid to lie and break the law with impunity.
