ALL READ: NEW FACTUAL DD: Lets talk about the PRICE/VOLUME/SS/FUNDAMENTALS of CHIT. FIrst of all, the stock was about .10 before the several notes started being converted in late Aug. The stock had 12M volume in August and 130M in total volume in September and up to Oct 2….Prior to this 142M in total volume to date there WAS virtually NO volume. (*Also 125M of the 130M in Sept/Oct…happen the last 2 weeks.
Also, the FLOAT as of Aug 1, 2015 was only 867K thats right its documented and verified in filings and otcmarkets.com Also, the total OS is 127M as well and has not changed.

Now the stock beginning at .10 and got driven down to .002 on several $30k notes in TINY TINY VOLUME that just spiraled the price to .002…WHICH IS A 98% DECLINE IN THE TOTAL VALUE from the original price stability of .10. There are obviously more shares that 867K in the FLOAT now, but is still very very small maybe 25-50M. The stock if you watch it trade is extremely sensitive in both directions up and down….(i.e. on friday i remember it going from .0082 to .011 on 5M volume and from .009 to .006 on about 3M volume…*There was ALOT of profit takers/flippers/daytraders particularly on FRIDAY playing CHIT…if they would just let the STOCK run it would have easily close .015-.02 friday.

*THE KEY IS THE NOTE HOLDERS I KNOW FOR A FACT HAVE COMPLETED THE CONVERSION OF ALL NOTES WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND IF YOU LOOK AT THE CHART YOU CAN SEE THAT AS WELL WITH THE 1ST SMALL GREEN CANDLE POSTED. THERE IS NOT OUTSIDE FORCES HOLDING CHIT BACK NOW, JUST PROFIT TAKERS FROM LOWER LEVEL & FLIPPERS…THAT ARE SLOWLY BEING WASHED OUT AND GOOD AMOUNT OF THEM GOT WASHED OUT ON FRIDAY…LONGS NEED TO CONTINUE TO ACCUMULATE FROM ANY FLIPPERS AND THE PRICE WILL SQUEEZE SO FAST AS THE FLOAT WILL GET HANDS HOLDING FOR ALOT HIGHER PRICES FROM WHICH IT STARTED OR MORE..


The stock went up 280% on Thursday on 26M in volume and yes there was a considerable amount of flipping /profit taking, BUT not as much as FRIDAY. FRIDAY there was a lot of profit taking from being up 200-300%+ as it crossed .011 and MOST OF THE DAY trading in a range for the most part from .008 to .009 with a bounce off .006 as a few panicked to take profit on market orders bring it there…big mistake on there part imo….

REMEMBER THE STOCK WAS .10 A FEW WEEKS AGO…NOW .0079. Yes, there are a few more shares in the FLOAT, but not much..the FLOAT is still TINY IN CHIT…THERE IS NO REASON THE STOCK CANNOT GO BACK TO .10+ WITH ALL THAT IS GOING ON AND THE BRAND/TECHNOLOGY BECOMING FOREFRONT TO INVESTORS… THE STOCK IS EXTREMELY OVER SOLD NOW WITH THE NOTE CONVERSION AND HAS A RSI ON THE CHART OF 33.27 WHICH IS NOTE EVEN LUKE WARM, TONS OF ROOM TO GO UP IN THE SPIRAL FROM THE NOTES THAT PUT EXTREME PRESSURE IN NO VOLUME ON THE PPS… THE WEEKLY RSI IS 25.77.
