DMR's convert pattern is driven by END OF Q- NEW CONVERT LOOMING...

So they would hold the price fairly level early in a QTR, but sell into any demand generated by a PR and then sell easier IF they had inventory near end of QTR.

Recently, they decided to sell no matter what the bid was. There is a reason for that...
