TMMI shareholders are you wondering WHY????.
I am still amazed,shocked and baffled, totally bewilder asking myself why, the defendants didn't challenge that motion that day in court May 28 2015????.

A great question for Larry Panik BUT;))))
I doubt that he will answer that question, he has never answered a question that was asked of him, even though he has said he was here to answer questions that had no bearing on the case....

I am pretty sure that is a question that can be answered, in fact I know it is a question that can e answered and has NO bearing on this case whatsoever.....
They had a super lawyer team,as reported right here on this message board....
The best in Nevada,number one and they were going to crush the plaintiffs because all we had was a dog biting, car chasing greenhorn lawyer....

I guess we have shown the defendants so far, right????.

They had a legal team we were told, right here on this message board but, it seems they left the table weeks before the hearing....
They knew there was nothing that the defendants had that could seal a victory,just has the defendants first legal team knew....

LLOLs They used their BK lawyer, who basically begged the court and then just sat down, or folded, which made no sense at all....

The bench even said, in a "gentle hint", this case is moving forward into discovery!!.
MOTION GRANTED!!.
