No. The majority of Pink Sheet scams hide behind real products. SPNG would be just one example among many.

Some of Amyot's other scams also involved real products.

It's just that they lie about the prospects and progress of those products. Dramatically.

Not having a real CEO is another indication that something might be amiss with WDRP, though.
