IMO, the thing is though, as of the last report from ELCR, Imperial Coachworks and Imperial Coachbuilders were a subsidiary, as you have mentioned. ELCR acquired both in 2009 as seen in the last quarterly report reported:

In April 2009, we began to execute a new business plan wherein, the Company began operations as a marketer and distributor of automobiles, small buses, specialty vehicles, limousines and custom vehicles. In connection with this change in our business model, in August 2009, the Company acquired Imperial Coachworks, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Imperial Coachbuilders, Inc. whose assets and liabilities consisted of a database, website and assumption of a note payable.

Also, limoland.com domain I believe belonged to ELCR as this was stated in their last 10K:

Our primary website is www.limoland.com. The information contained on our website is not part of our reports with the Securities and Exchange commission and is not incorporated by reference into this Report.

By definition of a subsidiary, ELCR owned them as of the last report and their operations would have been consolidated into ELCR's statements. So, if limoland is still a subsidiary of ELCR, the revenues from limoland should be accounted for on the books of ELCR.

The problem is, we do not know what transpired in the past five years with ELCR and its subsidaries.
