I am wondering if there is any action in Canada to peruse legally against these clowns. They seems to have perfected eluding the grasp of SEC and lawsuits here in USA. What about bring an action to their home?

Speaking of homes, perhaps it is possible to attach a lean on their homes in Canada? yes, the corp is all in the USA. But these con artists began and ran their scam from Canada.

Any thoughts? Thanks again
