Maria has stated she wants to keep the history of certain aspects of the company in the iBox until it changes in some permanent way.

Exactly. For example, the Aluf website claims there are new board members and the OTC shows a reduced share structure and a 1/2500 RS, but the old board is still listed on the Nevada SOS site and the share structure there still shows nearly 9 billion shares and the OTC count is only about 1/10 of that. Consequently, as far as I know, there is NO way to know what the share count actually is at the moment.

Hard to know where the truth lies with this company.

However, I will update my portion of the ibox as I find time to do so.
