Nowhere did I say that I think that these guys are legit or that they were not the same company at some point in time.
I SAID "THEY" ARE LEGALLY NOT THE SAME COMPANY.
Why did I feel that it was necessary to point that out?
I believe that, the people who are still buying ELCR, are attracted by Limoland success.
Limoland success will not change the ELCR stock price.
Limoland is ELCR`s subsidiary.
Subsidiaries are separate, distinct legal entities for the purposes of taxation, regulation and liability.
It is entirely possible for one of them to be involved in legal proceedings, bankruptcy, tax delinquency, indictment, and/or under investigation, while the other is not.
And I agree with JD35 it is more like the big, fat hog.
