hahahahaha thanks God I did dilute my average price and right now I am comfortable sitting at the 0.17$ per share with more than enough shares.Second lets see and write down some numbers as you and other Hedge Monkeys as the Richy guy have already declared to be conected to the centerbridge how much do I need to spend to get the Warrants.
1 In case the company is valued at 400M$ and the 10$ per share come to fruition as the strike price we would be calculating around 40M shares of the New Co and the 17% of the New Co is 6.8M Warrants for the 126M shares of the existing Shares.Now if I hold 100K shares meen that I get 0.147 warrant per share or else 147 warrants per 1000 shares.So if I hold 100K$ shares will be getting 14700 warants.And if the Strike price is 10$ as the garbages here say could be than fine by me will have to pay around 14700$ per the 100K shares and in total will be paying around 561830$ per share of the new Co.Thats fine as in the end with the 10K$ paid for the newly boughted shares it makes me really wondering why the idiots dont average down but keep staying at the high price of the Previously boughted Shares before the ANV Declared BK.We have seven Years to pay this amount of dollars and get the New Co shares and thats a very Good idea.If the gold will raise as everyone expects and know will rise to the 1300$ in the next year than I will be siting at 20% profit and if the IRS tax refunds come early and as I have calculated at around 300M$ next year or in the 2017 than this Company and me as a Shareholder am just more than rich.
2 What about that Guy of the Barrick Gold sitting in the BOD?So no one wants to talk but am pretty sure this company is going to bought from them at discount price but for sure two or more times the actual Strike Price being talked in here.So thats also fine.I spit to everyone so called DD and ask everyone Honest Retailers to Average down till it can before its to late as this in two cases get Bought and in that event e have per the POR a Liquidation Event and we get the payment ovet he strike price.

Sayonara Dear Brothel Loui and keep in mind that the POR still can not get Goo if the Judges doesnt like it or FBI decide to see the light and intervenes with DOJ.Matter of Time to see but in Both CASES I WIN and make more money that I had before.
