Yeah, I know. I've done it before and they actually sent Johnnie a letter asking him to explain some things I brought up; it may still be in the SEC filings.

I went ahead and sent one off yesterday. The past times I've griped via that route, one of the SEC guys would call and discuss it. We'll see.
