The 15% retained interest is worth more then the deposit/minimum of the contract... and it has gone up in value as well... So any tender offer will be worth .30 or more...

This defies logic. The retained interest, if any, would be connected to a royalty, if any, paid by AURYN. AURYN would have NO interest in using that component while determining a tender offer. None. Once there is a completed tender, there is NO retained interest. All AURYN cares about is getting the property as cheaply as possible, and they surely don't mind rubbing JJ's nose in it during the process as an unintended dividend. Which brings us to yet another failed aspect of your "logic"- the LESS "proved up" the property, the EASIER AURYN gets it on the cheap. They're not going to commit significant resources to prove up a property if that hurts their negotiating position- that defies logic and sound business sense.

There's a reason that no less than "Mike Gold" is speculating about a 12 cent tender. And if Mike is predicting 12 cents, based on his usual performance I'd say 6 is much more likely. And AURYN could honestly claim- "See, we're giving you three times what the market says it's worth!"

The fact is... .02 a share for MDMN stock... is way cheap... compared to what the future will bring...

No, once again, a swing and a miss. $0.02 is infinitely EXPENSIVE if this pig proves worthless. We have no substantive valuation of the property nor do we have transparent presentation of POTENTIAL JV details, hence there is ZERO logical basis supporting your continued erroneous use of the term FACT.

And seriously, there is the reason the term "OPTION" is used, whether or not you care to acknowledge same.
