The rights offering was only a small part of the total picture and even that they totally neglected to promote !

Destroying $75 to $80 million in market cap when they had other choices would be difficult to defend against !

And again after all the criticism over all the the years and Peter doing nothing right and much straight up wrong why is it that the bottom line is always "no case against Ntephe" ????
