Even if true, it's hard to prove. All shareholders were given the opportunity to fund ERHC via the rights offering. Despite the fact that many here said they did and then many even said that they even went for the extra allowable shares, they still only sold 10% of the available shares.

The ones who purported to be the biggest supporters weren't. Then they hired Deloitte. No takers there either. Bottom line is those that think they have a slam dunk case against Ntephe have no case at all.
