Its tempting at times to extend Peter , Sylvan and the BOD the excuse of being incompetent, inexperienced , showing very poor judgement and even stupid but is this really even possible that they would have gotten everything so wrong if they were seriously trying to create shareholder value ?

Or is the share price destruction been more methodical and deliberate leading up to a major asset transfer to the shells on its way to Offor ?? Sure looks like a duck to me !
