Ignoring the physics of the chemistry.
First, review the fact that when you oxidize(burn) a molecule, like a hydrocarbon, the process produces H2O and CO2 and a byproduct called heat or energy. It is an engery yielding reaction.
So, if you claim to have a gizmo that reverses that reaction, you better show up with a source of energy to undo what burning the hydrocarbon produced.
You can't simply burn a log and enjoy the heat it produced and then filter the smoke through some magical gizmo and have a log reproduced in your stack without giving back the heat.
I would raise the BS flag on this and other perpetual motion machines.
I'm afraid we all hoped Serge had found a more legitimate compromise with the DV.
However, it seems that his lack of business savy will not us to ever find out.
