It will be interesting to see if M&A activity picks back up this Q. The biggest reason that M&A dropped off last Q (according to the "experts") was that even though some companies are cash rich and willing to buy, they are very leery of picking up anything with debt attached or having to use debt to complete the acquisition not knowing where rates were heading.
